The Jaguar Mk X started life in 1964 as Jaguar's biggest ever saloon (and still probably is). It had huge proportions and became the almost identical 420G in 1966 until 1970.
Daimler
As usual Daimler versions of the Mk X / 420G were available as pictured here. These cars were even more upmarket and the floorpan continued on in the Daimler Limousines which feature in so many state occassions.
