"There ain't no replacement for displacement" was the saying applied to the muscle cars of the 60's and 70's. When Dodge resurrected the theme in the 90's for the Viper they decided to get the neccessary displacement from modifying an 8.0 litre, 10 cylinder truck engine...and what a result !The car became an over-night sensation on both sides of the Atlantic and is now a byword in ultimate, straightforward, hair-raising performance. A wonderful howl from the engine and a blur as it passes. Available as a convertible RT/10 model and a fixed head coupe GT/S model
Le Mans
A le Mans class win in 1997 led to a celebration limited edition car in the form of the GTS/R. Better performance and upgraded brakes and suspension made this an ultimate Viper.
